Game Information:

The object of Tabloid Tycoon™ is to build up your media empire by publishing high quality stories in each and every issue of your tabloid. The better the issue, the more people will purchase it. Watch out, as the competition is out to be the best tabloid as well, and they will do anything to outdo you, including sabotage.

Free Play Mode
Free Play mode allows you to play without any limits or requirements, going at your own pace. You can stay a small tabloid or expand your company whenever you decide the time is right. The game ends whenever you wish the game to end. Free Play mode can be played in Easy, Normal, and Hard difficulty modes.

Scenario Mode
Scenario mode allows you to play in any one of eight different scenarios, where you are trying to meet a specific objective or set of objectives in order to win the challenge. Each challenge has a specific amount of time to complete it and shows how difficult the challenge is to complete.

Enterprise Mode
Enterprise mode is a combination of Free Play and Scenario. You will start a brand new tabloid and are given six objectives which they must complete in a set amount of turns. The amount of turns is determined by the difficulty setting When one set is completed, a second level will come up, and after that a third. When the third level is completed, the player has won Enterprise mode.

Tutorial Mode
Tutorial mode allows you to play through eight different sessions that teach you about different aspects of the game, such as investigating news stories, committing acts of espionage and sabotage, negotiating settlements in lawsuits, and publishing your tabloid.

Tutorial mode is the recommended first stop for all new players, and it is best if you complete all eight sessions. When done, it is recommended that you try a game in Free Play before attempting to beat Enterprise or one of the Scenarios.
