All Wu Generals
At the title screen, hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Up, Down(2), Up, Right, Left(2), Right, Up, Down, Square, Circle, X to unlock all Wu Generals. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear the sound of a sword.

Beat the game with the following characters to unlock the bonuses:

Any of the four Wei officers	Get Cao Cao
Cao Pi	Get Cao Ren.
Sun Ce	Get Da Qiao.
Lu Bu	Get Diao Chan.
Diao Chan	Get Dong Zhuo
Ling Tong	Get Gan Ning.
Guan Yu	Get Guan Ping.
Any of the three Wu officers	Get Huang Gai.
Xing Cai and any other Shu officer	Get Jiang Wei.
One officer from Shu, Wu and Wei	Get Lu Bu.
Gan Ning	Get Lu Meng.
