  • Play as Garuganto/Gargant

    Play the game with a memory card with a saved game from Onimusha 3.

  • Play as Giramusaido

    Play as Musaido and reach level 3 to unlock Giramusaido.

  • Play as Gogandantess

    Successfully complete story mode with all twelve default characters, then defeat Gogandantess in versus mode to unlock .

  • Play as Jaido

    Play as Normal Genma or Sword Foot Light and reach level 2 to unlock Jaido.

  • Play as Jujudormah Ran

    Successfully complete story mode twice with Jujudormah, then defeat Jujudormah Ran in versus mode to unlock Jujudormah Ran.

  • Play as Magoichi Saiga

    Fight 200 battles in versus mode, then defeat Magoichi Saiga in versus mode to unlock Magoichi Saiga.

  • Play as Marcellus Modify P

    Play as Marcellus and reach level 2 to unlock Marcellus Modify P.

  • Play as Marcellus Modify S

    Play as Marcellus and reach level 3 to unlock Marcellus Modify S.

  • Play as Mega Man EXE's Grand Style

    Play as Mega Man EXE and reach level 2 to unlock Mega Man EXE's Grand Style.

  • Play as Mega Man EXE

    Successfully complete story mode with Samanosuke Akechi in story mode, then defeat Megaman EXE in versus mode to unlock Mega Man EXE.

  • Play as Mega Man EXE's Bug Style

    Play as Mega Man EXE and reach level 3 to unlock Mega Man EXE's Bug Style.

  • Play as Miyamoto Musashi

    Successfully complete story mode as the normal soldier, then defeat Miyamoto Musashi in versus mode to unlock Miyamoto Musashi.

  • Play as Musaido

    Play as Three Eye and reach level 2 to unlock Musaido.

  • Play as Nobunaga Oda

    Successfully complete story mode with all twelve default characters, then defeat Nobunaga Oda in versus mode to unlock Nobunaga Oda.

  • Play as Oda Nobunaga

    Successfully complete story mode with all twelve default characters to unlock Oda Nobunaga.

  • Play as Sasaki Kojirou

    Successfully complete story mode with Miyamoto Musashi, then defeat Sasaki Kojirou in versus mode to unlock Sasaki Kojirou.

  • Play as Zero

    Collect the Green, Blue, and Purple Crystals with Mega Man EXE to unlock Zero.

  • Play as Zero's Proto Form

    Play as Zero and reach level 2 to unlock Zero's Proto Form.

  • Play as Zero's Ultimate Form

    Play as Zero and reach level 3 to unlock Zero's Ultimate Form.

  • Despair

    Obtain these two swords by killing 1,000 enemies. Marcellus uses them.

  • Genbu Book

    Collect 20,000 Souls in story mode to unlock the Genbu Book. It prevents criticals from being performed on you.

  • Horse Killer

    Successfully complete Chapter 5 with Marcellus on the normal difficulty setting very quickly to unlock this weapon.

  • Life And Death

    Successfully complete story mode with Jaid on the normal difficulty setting to unlock these deadly claws.

  • Mighty Club

    Defeat over 1,000 opponents in story mode to unlock a weapon for Marcellus. It is called the Mighty Club. It raises his attack power but lowers defense power.

  • Morning Star

    Successfully complete story mode on the normal difficulty setting with Three Eyes to unlock this mace.

  • Nobunaga Sword

    Successfully complete Chapter 5 with Zombie Warrior on the normal difficulty very quickly to unlock this sword.

  • Oni Splitter

    Successfully complete story mode with Marcellus on the normal difficulty setting to get this axe-like weapon.

  • Purple Necklace

    Collect over 10,000 Souls to receive the Purple Necklace.

    Successfully complete Chapter 4 with Three Eyes on the normal difficulty setting very quickly to unlock these claws.

  • Counter attack

    Use the counter attack technique by pressing Square immediately before the enemy attacks. This should either kill them or do a lot of damage. It also gives you more orbs if they are killed.

  • Easy Orbs

    After you complete the training stages in tutorial mode, you will receive a Red Orb bonus of about 100 to 200, depending on how well you score. This will help a level 1 character boost his or her stats.
