Main Character's secret weapon	Defeat extra boss in Void Quest.
Naoto's secret weapon	Defeat extra boss in Secret Lab.
Yousuke's secret weapon	Find in boss' den in Mysterious Shopping Street.
Yukiko's secret weapon	Defeat extra boss in Yukiko's Castle.

Ultimate Weapons

Not available on first playthrough. Death will sometimes hide treasure chests. These chests will give you the option to open them or ignore them. If opened you will have to fight Death and if you win he will drop your character's ultimate weapon.
