Enhanced Set of Wishes:
To unlock these extra wishes, you must collect all the dragonballs and make at least 2 wishes. On the third time, you'll be able to see the list.

Change Wallpaper in Customize Mode:
After wishing for it from the Enhanced Set of Wishes, at the title screen press Up, Triangle, Down, X, L1, Square, R1, Circle. Goku will say something to confirm entry.

Unlockable Wishes:
These will be added to the Enhanced Set of Wishes when you complete the requirements.

Mecha Frieza	Make over 10 wishes
Videl	Make over 5 wishes
Dragon Finish	Beat the game using normal characters without continuing
New Model Scouter	Get your battle power to 1 million
Final Model Scouter	Get New Model Scouter, then keep raising your battle power
Dragon Vitality	Have a total of 50 battles
Dragon Soul	Have a total of 100 battles
Nappa's Flame Pillar	Have a full Draw Match
Majin Boo Narrator	Beat Original mode as Majin Boo
Videl Narrator	Beat Original mode as Videl
Kaio-sama Planet	Watch the Original mode ending five times.
King Kai's Planet	Make over 5 wishes
