Mount&Blade current version is 0.711.
If you already have a previous version of Mount&Blade installed on your computer you can download and run this patch which will upgrade it to version 0.711. Make sure the patch is installed to the same folder as your existing installation.
Note for people upgrading from an older version of Mount&Blade: Savegames from versions older than 0.710 will not work with version 0.711. So you'll need to restart a new game if you upgrade. The new installation will overwrite your configuration and option files. Therefore you'll need to redo any changes you made to your configuration. You may need to readjust texture_detail and no_dot3_bumpmap options if you changed these from the defaults.
