Yes there is, but not on this version! Like the guy
said go to sheezyart art/view/2096317/ THE FINAL
VERSION! The level designer is done al 64 shine
sprites and star coins is in! At the main menu type
in cheat, and there should be an option
"Toogle Shine sprites/star coins" put
it on make a games go to the shine sprite map and
click on the one you want to unlock!

Every one! there is a new version at sheezyart
art/view/2096317/ It has the level designer. Also it
has a cutsene at the begining, how bowser, i mean
kemeck or what ever that witchs name is. Also at the
main menu, type in cheat to unlock a new thing!
