Save characters unlocked through codes

This trick requires two controllers and a memory card with 8 free blocks. First, create eight user profiles. Select "Battle". Select "1 on 1 fight". Choose a profile you wish to have all the characters with (make sure this is player one). With player two, create a new profile (thus now making nine; but this one cannot be saved). Enable all single character codes at the character selection screen for one by one, for player one only. Select any character for player one and two. Win the match with player one (just slam your opponent on the floor and pin him; takes less than twenty seconds). When the game asks to save the new profile (the ninth one you just entered), do not select "Yes" or "Continue without saving". Remain idle at the "Save New Profile" screen for five seconds, then turn off your Gamecube. Note: Do not press the restart button. Turn the Gamecube back on, and that profile should have every character that was previously unlocked. Repeat this until every profile you want to have all the characters is complete.

Bounty Club stage

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat D-Mob in his tournament to unlock the Bounty Club stage in battle mode.

Club Luda stage

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat Ludacris in his tournament to unlock the Club Luda stage in battle mode.

Def Jam and Def Jam Vendetta stages

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat D-Mob in his tournament to unlock the Def Jam and Def Jam Vendetta stages in battle mode.

Face Club After Hours stage

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat Pockets, House and Snowman to unlock the Face Club After Hours stage in battle mode.

Grimeyville stage

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat N.O.R.E. in his tournament to unlock the Grimeyville stage in battle mode.

X's Junkyard stage

Select one of the four default characters in story mode. Defeat DMX in his tournament to unlock X's Junkyard stage in battle mode.

During story mode, each time you have the choice to fight a new girl, choose the new girl instead of your fighter's girlfriend.

Blazin moves

Every character has two Blazin moves. To perform their second Blazin move, move to the back side of your opponent, grapple, and move the Right analog-stick. Sometimes this is more effective then their regular Blazin. For example, DMX's Blazin from behind the opponent is where he breaks their arms and snaps their neck. To do any of the characters' special moves, while you are in Blazin mode, grapple your opponent and move Right Analog-stick Up or Right Analog-stick Down. They all have two finishing moves (grappled from the front or grappled from the back).

Easy knock out

Find your most powerful move and use that a couple times, followed by a couple different moves, then your most powerful move, and repeat until your opponent is in danger. Get a Blazin, then use it against your opponent for a easy knock out.

Easy submission

Grapple an opponent then keep on getting them in submissions. When their head, leg, or arm health runs out, you will automatically win.

Avoid losing

When your opponent has Blazin, or if your fighter is completely out of health, to avoid being knocked out or pinned, get out of the ring quickly and run around until his Blazin is gone or you have enough health to live on. Note: When you are running around, your opponent's momentum also decreases.

Skills

In story mode, before you go up against a challenging opponent, fight many battles in battle mode to earn money for better player attributes. This is very helpful when going up against Snowman, Pockets, and House.

If you already have an I.D. name, choose battle or survival mode at the main menu. Select your I.D. name and pick a fighter. When you win, you will get money. Then, go to story mode and pick your I.D. name. Select the button to put your stats up, and the money you won from the battle will be there. Do this enough and you will have full stats at the beginning of your story mode.

Go to one player and collect money. Then go to another person and collect that money and use it on another person.

Defeating D Mob

The easiest way to defeat himis by submission. Throw him against the ropes and walk slowly to him. As he bounces back, get him in a head hold. It takes about eight attempts of these to make D Mob submit. After his head health meter is empty, you must repeat the tactic two more times.

Defeating Pockets, House, and Snowman

When you fight Pockets, House, and Snowman, beat on one of them. Then, run away and work on one opponent at a time. When one of them is in danger, use your Blazin against him and you will automatically K.O. that person and win the match. Remember, keep running.
