After you get tossed in jail for running, get Detective Dan's friendship to 100. Note that the poster in the jail cell is now a tunnel. Enter the tunnel between 6:00am and 7:30am to buy smoothies from the Ninja. Drink them to boost your skill points or give you 2000 big ones. Get Rep Missions:
Get 100 Relationship points with the following to unlock their Rep missions:
