    Successfully complete level 40 in the time attack challenge. Then, hold R1 while choosing Billy at the character selection screen.

    Successfully complete level 30 in the time attack challenge. Then, hold R1 while choosing Rugal at the character selection screen.

  • Play as King

    Successfully complete the single attack challenge to unlock King.

  • Play as Kusanagi
