Collect all Exterminator cards.

Easy money and Level 99 weapons:
Get to the point where you unlock "Endzone" in challenge mode. Repeating this challenge can reward 3-5 million bolts per try, as well as leveling up your weapons quickly. You'll want the shock mod equipped, but also try using mini-turrets and the holoshield launcher. Just remember to equip the weapon you want to upgrade after setting up your sheilds and turrets.
