Enter arcade mode, keep Select held, choose Gore, and press G, K, G, K, A(3), B(3), G + K. Note: If the controller is still at the default setting, G is X, A is Square, B is Triangle, and K is Circle. Blood will appear to the right of Kappah. On the character selection screen, hold Up while choosing a fighter. Before the round begins, hold Right + Start + Square + Circle.
