Turn the team damage to full damage and effects in the options menu and kill every single Innocent you see (about twenty). Complete the level, save, and repeat. Eventually, you will unlock the crowbar wielding Wayward. Get to level 99 in Ranged to unlock Vincent. Get to level 99 in Conviction to unlock Werewolf. Get to level 15 in Melee to unlock the redeemer sword upgrade. Get to level 15 in Ranged to unlock the redeemer gun upgrade. Defeat Warghoul once to unlock Art Gallery 1. Defeat Demon once to unlock Art Gallery 2. Defeat Santa three times to unlock Art Gallery 3. Defeat Abomination three times to unlock Art Gallery 4.
